Refund Policy

No refund is allowed once transaction is submitted
All contract details are included in the invoice.
Shipping costs are on the buyer to be prepaid separately.
In case of machine return for any reason, there will be no compensation for shipping and the cost of return shipping will be on the buyer

Invoice Terms and Condition

1-The buyer will not remove the equipment from the address of the Clinic or location without prior written approval of the company (Elite).
2- Prior to acceptance of the equipment purchase or as such time as the parties may mutually agree, company will provide at no cost or expenses to the buyer, training on operating of the equipment for the employees designated by the buyer.
3- Software: The company hereby grants to the buyer to use the manufacturer software only identified in hereof (hereinafter “software”) in connection with the sale of the equipment for free of charge.
4- Updates: During the warrantee period, or for as long as the buyer purchases any support services of test from the company. The company will provide to the buyer, without any additional charges any updates intended to provide general improvements to the performance of the equipment that are announced by the manufacturer or that are required to comply with the applicability of the manufacturer regulations.
5- Use of the equipment: The buyer will only use the equipment in a careful and proper manner and will comply with all the laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use, maintenance of the equipment storage.Equipment warranty: For two (2) years period of acceptance (the warranty period), the company warrants the equipment provided to the buyer pursuant to this agreement, will be free from defects in the material, manufacturing workmanship, and that the equipment will operate in the conformance with the specifications set to the buyer (warranty). The warranty will not apply in case of broken device during the warranty period, the company will provide the buyer with the needed maintenance without additional charges, within a maximum of one week from time of complaint (if affordable).Terms of payment: all payments are prepaid Account and Test charge expiry: All purchased accounts/tests to charge the machine have a month expiry (test validation) unless otherwise stated clearly at invoice. If the account is not re-charged after such expiry period, the account will be temporarily suspended till recharged ,and the non-used tests are suspended too till full repayment and re-charge to be uploaded again to the renewed account.
